When did you join Christie & Co?
I joined in August 2022.

Where were you when you accepted your role at Christie & Co?
It was likely I was just at home, spending time with the cats. I had recently left my position with Bristol Ambulance and was taking a break and recovering from wedding planning.

What was your first job?
Paper round at 13, found out quite quicky I really disliked delivering papers.

In a couple of sentences, can you tell us a bit about your job at Christie & Co?
I work within the Care South team as a Business Agent, selling Healthcare properties within the South West alongside Simon Harvey.

What’s your favourite thing about Christie & Co?
I really appreciate the support I am given with my career progression. Early on when I was in my secretarial role, I expressed to Rob Kinsman that eventually I would want to become a Business Agent. Following on from that, we created a career plan with goals to work towards in order for me to be in the role I am today.

What's a favourite project that you’ve worked on at Christie & Co so far?
Currently working on organising a women’s wellness day for healthcare operators within the South West.

What’s been the biggest challenge of your career so far?
Public speaking, I am getting there but it still makes me nervous.

What’s been a highlight of your career so far?
Moving into my Business Agent role.

Tell us a bit about your life outside work – what are your hobbies?
I have a wife and two cats, which take up a considerable amount of time. When I have free time, I am going to Cross Fit, having a cider or two, and I am currently redecorating my home.

What’s your hometown? Where do you live now?
I was born in Stevenage and have gradually moved along the M4 before settling and buying a home in Bristol.

Where’s the best place you’ve been on holiday?
Australia for a year, but I also did enjoy my honeymoon in Cambodia/Vietnam.

What’s your biggest pet peeve?
Middle lane drivers, absolutely no need. Unsafe and selfish.

If you could live and work in any city, where would you go?
Perth, Australia. Please can we open a Christie & Co office over there?

What would be your desert island meal?
A good cheese selection, the smellier the better.

What’s your favourite film?
Lord of the Rings. Return of the King, Two Towers and then The Fellowship of the Ring.

What is one thing on your bucket list?
Visit New Zealand and do the Lord of the Rings tour.

What is your biggest fear?
Fish, slimy horrible things.

What news source do you read every day?
News on my phone.

What’s your social media platform of choice?
Instagram, although I only post a couple of times a year.
