New owners for ‘Good’ rated family-run care home in Eastbourne
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Beeches Retirement Hotel in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
Beeches Retirement Hotel is a family-run care home near Eastbourne town centre that is rated “Good” by the CQC and occupies a 20-bedroom, three-storey Victorian property with attractive gardens.
The business was previously owned by the Sinclair family for over 20 years and was brought to market as they were looking to retire from the sector.
Following a confidential sales process with John Harrison at Christie & Co, and with funding sourced through Neil Collins at Christie Finance, it has been purchased by the Panadaya family who already work in the sector and live locally.
