Centrally positioned in Cheddar, the property, which is occupied by an established Post Office and solicitors firm, was sold as an ongoing investment. Under the new ownership, there will be continuity the tenants to enable them to continue serving the local community.
The buyer, Gareth Reynolds, a known client to Christie & Co with other commercial and residential investments, bought the property as an addition to his ongoing portfolio.
