Christie & Co bring to market Scotland's only cocktail bar on the beach

Featuring both indoor and outdoor seating, a cosy indoor log burner, outdoor fire pit and Tiki-style bar, the Cladach Beach House is the perfect year-round beachside venue. The bar is situated five minutes drive or 40 minutes walk from the Arran Ferry Terminal, making it a popular pitstop for locals and the island’s many visitors.

Commenting on his decision to sell, current owner, Stuart Fraser said, “It is bittersweet to be selling this business which has been a source of great excitement and possibilities for me and my team over the years. However, we are ready to move on to our next challenge after five profitable and fun years at the beach! It’s a magical place with all sorts of business opportunities. We will miss it.”

The venue is currently renowned for hosting several BBQ and pizza pop ups over the year however a new owner could look to add a more permanent food fixture.”
