Christie & Co brokers the sale of the Tattenham Corner in Epsom Downs to Young’s & Co

Overlooking Epsom racecourse and the wider Epsom Downs, the landmark property is set across 8,000sq ft and comprises a 220-cover freehold pub with an expansive garden and car park.

Following the sale, the site has closed with immediate effect to undergo a significant refurbishment to the highest standards, which will reinstate the venue, complete with a beer garden. 

The acquisition will be Young’s first site in the Epsom Down area, joining its collection of premium pubs in Surrey, including The Bear in Oxshott and Chequers at Walton on the Hill.
