A Mano, meaning 'by hand' in Italian, opened its doors on Orpington High Street in September 2018. The award-winning café-restaurant was founded by London-born, Italian-raised restaurateur and butcher, Bruno and his family and offers a full restaurant experience, successful takeaway service and a deli.
Following many years in the industry, it was Bruno’s decision to retire and seek out a tenant to take over that led to the leasehold becoming available. The newly created lease has been secured by Roshani Singh, who intends to continue running the restaurant ‘as is’ and evolving the offer over time. Bruno and his family will remain the freehold owners of the property.
