This well-known local restaurant is ideally positioned between Edinburgh Airport to the city centre and captures tourists and locals alike. Featuring space for 85 covers, this sale represented an excellent opportunity for a new owner to acquire a well-performing business in the local area.

Brian Sheldon, Regional Director of Christie & Co, who handled the sale comments, “Fabios is a long-standing, family-run business which benefits from a prominent trading location and many repeat customers. I’m sure the business will be equally succesful under the ownership of Dominos Pizza, who will be taking over the lease.”

The former owners, Pietro and Fiona Crolla, and their son Pietro Jnr have owned the business for the past 23 years. They comment, “ We want to thank all of our loyal customers for their support in making Fabio’s such a success, as well as our staff, for their hard work and dedication. Also a huge thanks to Christie & Co for handling the sale from start to finish and getting it over the line for us. Brian worked tirelessly to make sure of a smooth transaction.”
