Located on the main high street of the charming seaside village, the store is close to the village green and is surrounded by other shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. The business was originally established over 22 years ago and has since been a staple in the community.
Holland’s of Milford has been owned and operated by Kularaj Pathamanathan for several years, who sold the business as he is seeking another one closer to his home.
The store has been purchased by experienced retailer, Punit Patel, who plans to refit and rebrand under the One Stop group, to bring the store in line with his other retail sites in Hampshire and Wiltshire.
