Family-run boutique hotel on the Isle of Arran sold through Christie & Co

Occupying a stunning beachfront location in the heart of the village, The Lamlash boasts glorious views over the bay onto the Holy Isle. Known to be an excellent base to explore the island, the hotel was crowned winner of Channel 4’s Four in a Bed in 2022. The 11-bedroom hotel features a popular restaurant, as well as a pet-friendly bar and lounge with stunning coastal views.

The Lamlash Bay Hotel was previously owned and operated by couple, Serge and Margaret El Adm, who, following the sale of the business, plan to take some time off and visit family abroad before planning their next venture.

 The hotel has been purchased by a private, first-time buyer.
