Former day nursery in Angus reopened following recent sale
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the leasehold sale of a vacant former nursery within the David Lloyd leisure club in Monifieth, Angus.
The former nursery site, which previously operated with a capacity for up to 58 children, is located within a desirable David Lloyd leisure club and provides childcare services for both club members and the public, alike.
Following a sales process with Martin Daw at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Francesca Paesano and Caroline McDiarmid, who have reopened the setting seven days a week which “has had a lot of interest” from parents.

The lease was sold for an undisclosed price.
