Specialist healthcare provider set to transform closed Rugby care home following recent sale

Kilsby House is a former residential care home that ceased trading in 2023. It comprises a vacant, 33-bedroom property with an additional three-bedroom coach house and a four-bedroom staff flat. The property is located on a large corner plot within Kilsby, Rugby, between the A5 Watling Street and Rugby Road, and a short distance from the M1 Motorway.

Following a confidential sales process with James Buist-Brealey at Christie & Co, the home has been purchased by specialist healthcare provider, Camino Healthcare Limited, which plans to carry out significant property changes and reopen the home as a specialist care facility.
