Convenience store under offer within a week of coming to market

Merchant’s News enjoys a prime location near the harbourside in Bristol city centre and has been owned and operated by Parth Patel since December 2014. It went up for sale as Parth decided to focus his interests on other businesses.
Following a targeted marketing process led by Jamie Williams, Senior Business Agent in Christie & Co’s Retail team, the store was successfully sold to a local buyer who owns multiple stores throughout the city. Demand for retail assets is currently at an all-time high so the business was snapped up within a week of launching to the market.
