Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries and Cranbrook Nursery to open new settings
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the letting of two new London nursery settings in Charlton and Park Royal to Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries and Cranbrook Nursery respectively.
Residential developer, Fairview New Homes, has recently completed on the build of two nurseries at their developments in Charlton and Park Royal. Fairview’s residential-led schemes comprise 330 homes at Synergy in Charlton, South East London, and 807 homes at Regency Heights in Park Royal, West London. Both of these developments include high-quality purpose-built nursery settings with dedicated outdoor play space.
The sites were brought to market through Christie & Co and, after two very competitive bidding processes, the leases have now been granted to Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries in Charlton and Cranbrook Nursery in Park Royal.

The two nursery settings were let on 25-year occupational leases for undisclosed amounts.
