Pair of popular Blackpool hotels sold through Christie & Co
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co is pleased to announce the sale of two hotels in Blackpool: the Lawton Hotel and Beechfield Hotel.
Both ideally located in Blackpool’s town centre, the hotels are a popular choice for the many staycation guests and tourists looking to explore the historic seaside town.
The previous owners sold the properties in order to pursue a lifestyle change. They comment on the sale, “We wish the new owners all the success in the future with these two fantastic hotels. Thanks to Tom O’Malley and the Christie and Co team for their help and support.”
The new owner, Uday Pilani has exciting plans for the hotels. He comments, “We are delighted with the purchase of the Beechfield and Lawton Hotels, to add to the Georgian Hollies Hotel which we already own in Blackpool. This takes us to a total of 5 hotels in the UK and we are keen to acquire more in 2024.”
