Popular hotel in Blackpool sold to expanding hotel group through Christie & Co
On behalf of Coast & Country Collection, specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co is pleased to announce the sale of Liberty’s on The Square, a hotel in the seaside town of Blackpool.
Occupying a prominent corner position just one street away from Blackpool’s main promenade, the hotel features charming sea views and is a short walk from the busy town centre and the famous North Pier. The hotel features 67 ensuite bedrooms and a spacious restaurant in addition to a bar and lounge with a stage and dance floor which is ideal for parties and events.
