The Queen Anne Inn is a family-run village pub which offers delicious home-cooked food, real ales, and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Dating back to 1621, the inn is a traditional-style country pub with two en suite B&B bedrooms.

Situated in the heart of the Peak District, the Queen Anne Inn is located on Main Street in the village of Great Hucklow, just off the B6049 near Tideswell.

After 19 years at the helm, and nearly 40 years in the industry, owners Angela and Glyn have decided to sell the pub to allow them to retire.

They commented, “We have enjoyed being here at The Queen Anne for the last 19 years and meeting some lovely people that have become friends, as well as the residents who have come to stay over the years, time and time again.”

The sale presents an exciting opportunity for a new owner to take on a well-established freehold pub in a picturesque location, with the potential to increase opening hours and develop the B&B offering further.

The Queen Anne Inn will continue trading as normal until the new owners are in place.

Keith Stringer, Director – Pubs & Restaurants at Christie & Co, is managing the sale process and said, “It is a privilege to be bringing the Queen Anne Inn to the market on behalf of Angela and Glyn. It is a true gem in the hospitality market, in a fantastic location, and we encourage interested parties to get in touch.”

The inn is on the market with a freehold asking price of £650,000. For more information, visit the property page: https://www.christie.com/5652116/
