Solihull development site sold to MACC Care Group
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of a freehold site with full planning consent granted for a 72-bedroom care home (Use Class C2) in the desirable Solihull suburb of Shirley to MACC Care Group.

GNM Developments identified the 1.4-acre site as suitable for care use and designed a care home scheme inclusive of en-suite bedrooms and luxury resident amenities, including a café, salon, cinema, gym, library, range of day spaces, and landscaped gardens.
The care home will be the latest planned development for expanding operator, MACC Care Group, which has a number of purpose-built homes in the Midlands.
