Dudley hospital’s day nursery setting sold for the first time

Established in 1993 by Janet Carroll, this Treetops Day Nursery setting is registered for up to 68 children. It is ideally located in a quiet enclave within the grounds of Russells Hall Hospital on the edge of the Barrow Hill Nature Reserve in Dudley.
The setting has been owned by Janet Carroll since 1993 and then run under management by her daughters Emma and Charlotte. The business was recently brought to market because of a family decision to exit the sector after a very impressive stint in childcare.
Following a confidential sales process with Jassi Sunner at Christie & Co, it has been sold to a small national group operator.

Treetops Day Nursery was sold for an undisclosed price.
