Walsall pharmacy snapped up by father and son first-time buyers
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Yew Tree Pharmacy in Walsall, West Midlands.
Yew Tree Pharmacy is a standard hours pharmacy that dispenses an average of 9,000 items per month. It is located in the Yew Tree Estate, a residential area of Walsall.
The business has been owned by Lynn O'Connor since 2009 and was brought to market as she was looking to retire.
Following a confidential sales process with Carl Steer at Christie & Co, and with funding sourced through David Ward at Christie Finance, the pharmacy has been purchased by first-time buyers, father and son duo, Ian and Jas Riaar.

Yew Tree Pharmacy was sold for an undisclosed price.
