We are delighted that Courteney Donaldson, Managing Director – Childcare & Education at Christie & Co, was presented with the ‘Outstanding Contribution’ award at the National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) Awards in June, recognising the brilliant work that she’s done in the children's day nursery sector over the past 25 years.

A Chartered Surveyor and passionate advocate for the sector, Courteney has dedicated her career to supporting business owners, shaping policy, and fostering the growth and development of the children's day nursery sector. Through her tireless efforts, she has become a trusted adviser and respected voice, championing the needs of nursery owners, children, families, and wider stakeholders to facilitate and support the sector, advocating for high-quality, sustainable early years education.
