Leisure business disposals include the sale of Pryers Hayes Golf Club near Chester on behalf of FRP Advisory (appointed by Nat West) in a highly competitive bidding process and Doncaster Superbowl on behalf of PwC (Yorkshire Bank Plc) exchanging and completing within ten days of agreeing a sale in excess of the £2.15m guide price to Tenpin Ltd in partnership with Asda Pension Fund Trustees.
Major portfolio work has included the provision of Strategic Valuation and Lease re-gear analysis together with Pricing and Disposal Advice to Lloyds Banking Group/David Lloyd Leisure on 80 clubs in the UK and 10 clubs across Europe and the provision of Strategic Valuation and Disposal advice to the banking consortium of Luminar Group Plc.
