Christie & Co operates 5 offices across France, dedicated to hotel transactions: Aix-en-Provence, Bordeaux, Lyon, Paris and Rennes. 

Our Paris office opened in 1998 was the first international office to be developed by Christie & Co outside of the UK.

We offer a wide range of services in the Hotel sector, including:

We act as the broker of hotels both on the sale and buy-side, identifying opportunities, managing datarooms and transaction process and providing financing advice. We are involved in the negotiations ensuring both parties reach an agreement and optimise their objectives.

We provide valuations of hotels for our customers when considering a sale or the financing of their assets for example.

We provide advisory services such as hotel developments analysis, operator search, as well as performance monitoring reviews and feasibilities studies.

Our team serving you includes:

Florence Mebrouk, Managing Director. Florence joined Christie & Co in September 2015 to develop the company in France. Florence started her career on the real estate investment working for Archon Group (Goldman Sachs’ real estate arm) where she was involved in the major disposals of France Télécom, EDF, Swisscom real estate. She then moved to London working for Curzon Global Partners as originator of new investment opportunities for the funds. After a year on the CDO Market for Crédit Lyonnais, she joined RBS Paris. For 12 years, she developed the structured real estate financing working on various assets type such as office, retail and hotels for a large scope of customers (Reits, investment funds, HNWI). From 2009, she was in charge of the deleveraging and the restructuration of the portfolio. She holds a M. Phil from Paris-Dauphine University and a master’s degree in Economy from La Sorbonne (with honours).

Maxime Dubois, Head of Corporate Hotels, joined Christie & Co France in 2006 and has consultancy experience in corporate hotel projects. Maxime previously worked for MKG and is graduated from the prestigious Les Roches (Switzerland) hospitality business school.

Cherry-picking some of his deals would include:
  • Disposal of a portfolio of 6 hotels Holiday Inn for Blackstone
  • Disposal if 5 hotels Park Inn by Radisson for Algonquin
  • Disposal of the Lancaster*****for Omega Capital
  • Disposal of the Colombus Monaco**** for HNWIs.
  • Disposal of Chateau de Bagnols***** and Chateau St Just****

Maxime was also part of the sales of Meridien Nice, Meridien Monte Carlo, Marriott Roissy CDG, Novotel Cannes, Pullman Cannes Mandelieu, Sofitel Brussels Europe, Holiday Inn Paris.

Jean-Christophe Charolle, negotiator in charge of the North and East regions, Paris Suburb (excluding departments North 93 -95) and Paris (14 – 15th districts) started his career within Christie & Co in 2002.

Gwendal Le Métour, negotiator in charge of the Lyon region as well as Paris (1-2-6-7-8-16-17th districts) started his career working for SLP Immobilier on the commercial real estate. He then joined Christie & Co by the end of 2007.

Examples of transactions he initiated include:
  • Holiday Inn Lyon – 79 rooms converted into Ibis Style 
  • Mercure**** Mâcon – 64 rooms
  • Les Roches – Megève 
  • Château de Bagnols ***** - « maybe the most beautiful hotel castle of France» 

Yoann Vittoz, negotiator for Paris (3-4-5-9-10-11-12-13-18-19-20th districts) and North Paris Suburb (departments 93 & 95), has developed close relationships with Parisian hoteliers in a complex market. 

Aude-Marie Gagarov, consultant joined Christie & Co in 2011 after having worked for MKG. Aude-Marie is in charge of the valuations of the hotels (both wall and business) for various types of customers such as franchisees, institutional investors, operators & rated companies in the context of companies’ reporting, financing requests or in consideration of a sale. Aude-Marie is also engaged on the consultancy side, providing ad hoc advisory such as revenue/charge reviews, or projects feasibilities. As  example of various assignments she was involved in:
  • Valuation of a Parisian hotels portfolio Timhotel (3*-4*)
  • Valuation of Citadine Prestige 
  • Valuation of Louvre Hotels portfolio (Lyon, Grenoble, Saint-Etienne)
  • Feasibility review on a midscale hotel project in Nanterre (92)
  • Feasibility review on a midscale hotel project in Massy (91)
  • Fee review on Ibis Budget Angers
Catherine Schouteeten, marketing and communication, is 
ensuring the brand name gets noticed in the market, our presence on the professional events (Accor, Louvre Hotels conventions and Equip’Hotel) and she is also collaborating with the negotiator in the preparation of marketing materials for our customers. 

Amandine Revert, joined Christie & Co in March 2016 as office manager. She is in charge of ensuring the day-to-day life of our 5 offices in France.
