Buckinghamshire pub sold through Christie & Co

The Bird in Hand, situated in the affluent Buckinghamshire town of Princes Risborough, between Aylesbury and High Wycombe, has been sold through specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.



The charming two storey, end of terrace property, situated on Station Road, which features an attractive 30 cover open plan bar and 40 cover trade garden was sold to experienced operators, Oak Taverns Limited.
