Business Outlook 2020: North West Regional Focus
Investor appetite to acquire sites within the North West of England remains robust, with buyers more focused than ever on price, location, and key trading fundamentals. Manchester remains at the epicentre of infrastructure growth in the North West of England and both commercial and residential development looks set to continue unabated. In addition, there is cautious optimism across the wider region regarding political promises of increased infrastructure investment.
